The Card Rulings Summary is a FREE lexicon for BDicty. It is the most up-to-date compilation of rules and rulings on the game (Magic: The Gathering�®)! Rulings are collected from many sources.

This release is under rules used by SIXTH EDITION and SEVENTH EDITION of the game. Both of these editions use the same rules.
