Aladdins Category Organizer allows you to select an Outlook item and instantly see the categories assigned. To make changes just use the checkboxes next to the category. Want to filter the current view by category, easy select the category (or categories) and click the Filter button. Need to synchronize your Master list with categories assigned to Outlook items. Easy, in two mouse clicks the Master List will be updated using the Synchronize Master List with Folder Feature.
