The Desktop Doctor takes a snapshot of your Internet and email settings at a time when you have normal connectivity to the Internet and your email settings are functioning properly. It remembers those settings in the event that you lose Internet connectivity or email stops working in the future. If you lose your Internet connection, simply click the Desktop Doctor icon and follow the simple, easy-to-understand steps to get back online.
