Magic logon is software that installs on a PC (not the mobile device). It uses a Bluetooth enabled PC and mobile device (cell phone, or PDA) to automatically log you in and log you out of your PC. With Magic Logon you can logon to your PC as you walk up to it and Logoff (lock) your PC as you walk away, automatically, without pressing any keys. Magic Logon offers the following features: Magic Logon Features: Send an email or text message to your phone or PDA if someone logs onto your PC (locally) while you are gone. Options to standby or hibernate your PC as you leave. When you return just press the power button, Magic Logon will log you into your PC. Installs on your PC only (saves memory space on your mobile device) Works with standard Windows screen savers and logon screens Supports Windows Fast User Switching logon Setup wizard for easy setup and configuration changes Popup bubble notifications for important information Dynamic Task bar icon to show status at a glance Advanced Task bar icon popup menu with options to pause and resume device scanning Uses the devices unique identifier so only your cell phone or PDA can be used to login and lock your PC Automatically, logon to your PC as you approach it Automatically, logoff (lock) your PC as you walk away Options to play custom sounds when you automatically logon and logoff How often do you log onto your PC or remember to lock it when you leave? Common times are when you arrive, leave, take multiple coffee breaks, multiple meetings, restrooms visits, lunch, even when you are on the phone and your screen saver turns on from inactivity. Is it 5, 10, 20 times a day? All of that inconvenience can go away with Magic Logon. How secure is your PC? Most PC screen savers offer little protection. Even if the screen saver is set to activate after only 1 minute of inactivity, it may be enough time for someone to walkup to your PC, after you have stepped away, and start using it before the screen saver has time to start and lock your PC. At that point there is little to keep someone from reading email, copying information or even installing spy software on your PC. If you dont manually lock your PC every time you walk away, your PC is at risk. However, with Magic Logon your PC can be locked in less than 30 seconds. You can also have text messages or emails sent to your cell phone or PDA if someone uses your PC (locally) when you are not there. With Magic Logon you can enjoy new convenience, peace of mind, productivity and increased security. Your time is valuable? Save it!Your peace of mind is your happiness? Ensure it!Your productivity is your job security? Increase it!Your PC is your information? Guard it! Magic Logon makes a great gift? Even to yourself!Requires a Bluetooth enabled PC* and mobile device (cell phone, PDA, headset).*If your PC does not have a built in Bluetooth radio, add-on USB Bluetooth radios can be purchased.
