Do you forget the access code once you've dialed in?Release 3.1 provides minor improvements with discovering the access code and telephone numbers.callaBridge(TM) discovers the conference call details in your emails, appointments, tasks and notes and removes all of the hassle of calling in.Just:open the email or appointment in your calendar that has the conference info. callaBridge highlights a key word, e.g. access.select this key word and you get a "bridge" option.select "bridge" and you're offered a list of conference numbers to choose from, along with an access code.place the call and on answer, the access code is automatically entered.The key word is a word describing the pass code for calling into the bridge. Key words supported in Version 3.1 are: Access, Code, Pin, and Conference ID.No more scrambling to figure out what the access or pass code is after dialing. Just highlight the key word, select the number to call from the list, and you're on your way!Features from Rel 3 include: Updated parser for finding key words and numbers; Preference Settings introduced which enable: Defining default conference calling numbers.Ever have just the PIN or Access Code in an appt without all the numbers? From the main callaBridge application select the tellaFriend menu option and then select your contact's email address from your address book.
