Knowledge manager: a central TOC for all your knowledge (Professional Edition). Document outliner: create the outline of your work already with notes or full text, move chapters around, then convert to Word format (Professional Edition). Team repository: organize your entire project's information in one location (Team Edition). All this in a user-friendly and robust desktop application.
To administrators: It is auto-deployable and comes with an Administration Kit for centralized configuration.
Normfall Manager is not a DMS. But for many purposes, it's better suited than a DMS, because it's user-centric, bureaucracy-free and easy to administer. There are plans for integration with existing DMS to build a personal document management on top of the organization-level document management. Version 4.0 allows to use any icon as node icon, choose from multiple node colors
