You have available a pull drop down menu showing all your items in stock and then when the time comes to produce an invoice you just choose the items to be input and enter the quantity and the software automatically calculate for you the Discount %, Tax, Shipping, Deposit and the Credit inputs into the Grand Total - best of all, you produced an invoice that you did not enter anything in the Item Description field because all your stock items where saved long time ago by you. Version 2.03 added the functionalities of edit and automatic Order Num (Manual Setting).
