Check your speedValidateMate extracts text from optical documents (such as a PDF, TIFF, MDI, JPG, or PNG files), word-processed documents (e.g. DOC or TXT files), or spreadsheets, validates which files contain, or does not contain specified words/phrases, and stores the results in a database. When the results are viewed in a grid, and a (grid) row is double-clicked, the file is opened with all of the found specified words/phrases highlighted.
ValidateMate Features :
