We are proud to announce EasyTime, an easy to use T&B solution for law offices. We received lots of positive feedback and inspirations from the MacLaw and MILO (Macs in Law Offices) usergroup. The network application is in an early stage and is not recommended for production yet, but we would like to receive feedback for the current version. EasyTime will develop into a full time billing, case and document managing system. We are also working on a client/server version which will be available for testing shortly.

Features:

  • easily manage clients and cases
  • address book integration
  • retainer billing with account history
  • multiple rates per timekeeper
  • unlimited task & case notes
  • user definable shortcuts
  • customizable invoices and reports
  • batch invoice printing with automatic email option
  • postage printing via Endicia (US customers only)
  • link external documents to client & case
  • assign persons (attorneys, witnesses, adjusters, etc.)
  • contact overview and phone call reminder
  • mail.app integration
  • multiple timers with pause fuction
