Zoodo is a companion to Apple's iCal. It makes entering To Do items much, much faster.

If you use iCal to manage your tasks, and particularly if you favor the keyboard over the mouse, you've probably noticed how many steps it takes to create a To Do. Zoodo changes that:

  • Enter To Do information with just a few keystrokes or clicks.
  • Enter dates naturally: Zoodo understands dates like "tomorrow 4pm" or "Tuesday 11am."
  • Zoodo remembers information from the last time you used it, so you only need to enter what's changed.
  • Select a message in Apple Mail, then add it to a task's Notes field with a single command.

Zoodo available free of charge (though donations are welcome). It is distributed under the open source, business-friendly MIT License. Visit the Zoodo home page to learn more or to download Zoodo or its source code.
