Extended IP Filter provide content filtering (ex.: HTTP, SMTP, POP3 etc.) and can filter any IP, UDP, TCP (including speed limit), ICQ (by UIN), and ICMP packets using standard Windows filtering functions. Consists from filtering driver and GUI. Also this program can monitor IP traffic (source address, destination address, protocol, speed, and size) and create rules for its blocking. Speed limit mode is added to TCP filter.
