Who would use Encoding Master - and for what?

• People living in non-English speaking countries may regularly receive emails or files that don't display properly, simply because the text encoding is wrong. Encoding Master can fix this.
• People who have a vast number of text files in an older format, and need to upgrade their data.
• People who are doing their own software development and want to make sure their software outputs valid Unicode.
• People who need to figure out what is wrong with a UTF-8 file, or repair it.
