As IÂ’m still more than a little bored, and as IÂ’ve too little experience coding AIs, IÂ’ve quickly coded a, again bare-bones, version of Puyo Puyo for Mac OS X, to try to code at least areasonable AI opponent for the player; unfortunately, I donÂ’t really feel that IÂ’ve succeededÂ…
The art assets are taken from the usual source, and the usual caveats apply: beware very bad art and very mild nudity.
The source code to the game is also available from the downloads page.
For those foolish souls who may be interested in downloading the source code to the game, the game is again coded in C++ and trace elements of C, and uses the SDL, SDL_image, andOpenGL APIs.
This game reuses the homebrew APIs/frameworks IÂ’d coded, indirectly, for trippedKittten, although they remain undocumented.
