Check your speedWar Extreme takes the game War (originally featured as part of Stupid AppleScript Games) to the Extreme! It adds idiotic statistics, phenomenal speed, and the ability to crudely benchmark your computer over the minimal feature set of the original.
War Extreme 2005 once again nearly doubles the code length, but is now written in Objective-C. This makes it much, much, much faster (around 5,000 times faster, more or less). It is also now multithreaded, so it can more inefficiently waste CPU cycles on a dual-processor computer. It keeps all the popular features found in version 2.0, such as Dutch War, Egyptian War, and the positively ludicrous MegaDecks.
