Effortless Improvement uses subliminal messaging to aid in the cure of excess weight, low self esteem, addiction and much more, while you use your Macintosh.

Effortless Improvement places an almost completely transparent image on your screen. This image is tailored to your affliction and changes intermittently. The image covers all your open windows and applications, but it is so transparent that you will most likely be unable to consciously perceive it.

People, however, take in much more visual data than they consciously perceive and so your subconscious will probably absorb the messages' contents. The future decisions that you make will be influenced by your subconscious's perception. This fact allows you to lose weight, become more self assured, or quit smoking, more easily than before.
