FitBody Pro is a complete diet and exercise-tracking application that allows you to monitor your meals and workouts as well as share meal plans, workouts, and recipes with other FitBody Pro members. Users interested in weight loss or muscle building can track their diets by setting dietary goals from one of 130 available nutrients. Each meal is analyzed against a customizable diet plan and immediate feedback is provided in the Nutrition Fact’s label for the meal and day. You can track workout performance by setting and analyzing goals for each exercise. FitBody Pro’s database is updated whenever one of FitBody Pro’s 27,000+ foods, exercises, or recipes are added or changed. You can also share your meal and workout plans with other FitBody Pro users or your personal trainer or dietician. FitBody Pro’s recipe management features allow you to create low-carb and low-fat recipes and share them with other FitBody Pro users. Recipes can be added and analyzed in a meal plan.
