Haxial Benchmark provides a cross-platform method to compare the performance of computers, and to verify correct operation. For example, the performance of a Mac computer can be compared against a Windows computer. It is also good for comparing computers on the same platform. The tests can also be used to verify that a computer is functioning correctly. Haxial Benchmark checks the results and will report if a result is incorrect.
Haxial Benchmark performs an operation on the computer while timing it. At the end, the duration of time and the speed (data rate) is reported. You can then use Benchmark to perform the exact same operation on a different computer, and then you can compare the results to determine which computer is faster.
Haxial Benchmark is designed to give results that are directly relevant to Haxial programs. The tests involve the use of real functions used by real Haxial programs. In other words, it gives you an idea of how fast Haxial programs run on your computer.
