Check your speedThis utility updates the ROM (firmware) on the Sonnet Tempo Ultra ATA66 PCI card to version 3.12. This version adds enhanced support for booting additional Mac OS versions (including foreign language Mac OS and OS X) from attached drives, and adds compatibility for drives formatted with FWB’s Hard Disk Toolkit (version 4.0 and higher). This update increases the maximum file transfer size from 8MB to unlimited and enhances compatibility with Photoshop (version 5.5) in systems using Mac OS 8.6 with virtual memory turned on.
IMPORTANT! Before running this update, you MUST read the Read Me file to ensure a successful firmware update. This ROM update is not for use with Tempo RAID66. Please verify that you have a Tempo Ultra ATA66 before downloading.
