This small utility displays a crosshair on the screen, with the mouse pointer in the center of the crosshair.
It is a software I have written for a user who has a visual impairment that reduces his visual field to about 5 degrees. It enables him to find the mouse cursor more quickly.
It might be useful for notebook users, too.
