Check your speedThis software enables you to use VST and SmartDisk FireWire drives under Mac OS X that have been password protected or encrypted using VST Format or SmartDisk Tools under previous versions of the Mac OS. It does not permit you to password protect or encrypt a drive within OS X. If you wish to encrypt or password protect a drive you must first reboot into Mac OS 9.x or earlier and use VST Format or SmartDisk Tools.
