Multiple Users Actions is an extension that allows you to hook up your AppleScripts to Apple's Multiple Users facility, so that you can execute AppleScripts whenever a user logs in or logs out. Specifically, it calls an AppleScript handler at the five times defined by Multiple Users: startup, prelogin, login, logout and postlogout.
