Simple To Do has all the features you'd expect in a list manager -- you can prioritize items, sort them, mark them as Done, and it's even hierarchical so you can create sub-items to your main items. You can create multiple lists and easily display them. You can print your lists and take them with you. We added complete online help so it would be easy to learn and use. And then we added some features that we'd always wanted to see in a to-do list manager...and not incidentally, features that would put Simple To Do at the forefront of a new generation of list managers: A status bar that tells you at a glance how far you've worked through your list and how much of it remains. The ability to generate a status report of your completed and pending tasks, which you can easily paste into an e-mail message and send to an archive, to peers or supervisors. The ability to export a list as a web page that improves communication between customers, clients and team members. Finally, we added the ability to ask Simple To Do what to work on next. At first glance this might not sound like much of a feature, but one of the biggest problems that has always faced list users is that at some point the list gets too long. And when that happens, gridlock soon follows. There are so many items in your list that it's hard to know where to start. Simple To Do helps you get past the gridlock, by using a little artificial intelligence to creatively suggest the next item to work on. You'll be surprised at how helpful this is!
