Fax mail-merge from Word to hundreds of recipients using Windows built-in Fax Printer or other popular fax software. No special Fax software required. Use the free Fax program that comes with Windows (or use WinFax/TalkWorks). Personalize all your faxes so each recipient gets their own name on the fax. Use your Outlook contacts, Excel files, or other databases that contains fax numbers. Schedule faxes for delayed sending during off-peak hours. Print one or more copies of the fax for filing at the same time. You also save time when sending individual faxes by bypassing the fax wizard. Use recipient data directly from your Word document and you don't waste time reentering information in the Fax Wizard. Advanced users can even use templates to have faxing at the click of a single button setup for the whole organization.

Version 2.6 supports Windows 2000/XP/Vista/SBS Fax drivers and (optional) WinFax/TalkWorks.

Featured Talkback

Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
