SHARM is a software tool that lets you explore relaxation, self-hypnosis, and altered states of consciousness. Build your own customized session for relaxation, self-hypnosis and meditation, using new features for easy session construction with powerful psycho-acoustic sound tracks. Design the session according to the goals you wish to accomplish. Listen to the session directly from within SHARM, or generate a sound file to be played later.

Version 2.6 supports Bilateral Sound and new recorded suggestions.
