Windows FTP Server 1.3

You tell Windows FTP Server the directory on your machine to use and it doesn't let ftp users get any higher, e.g. you tell Windows FTP Server to use c:\myftp and it will let the users use c:\myftpmusic and c:\myftpvideos but not anything outside of c:\myftp. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
