High quality bitcontrol MPEG-2/4 and H.263 video and audio decoder is a DirectShow filter for Windows Media Player for XP and Vista. It's very robust against input failures, like drop outs of the input stream, bit errors, and other signal failure, suitable for DVB and Internet streaming applications. It's compatible with ISO MPEG-2/4 and H.263 video standards and supports DXVA 1.0/2.0, HDTV, 4:2:0, 4:2:2, 4:4:4, YUV, and RGB. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
