Automatic Doctors Calls with Excel 2.03

Automatically schedule up to 100 doctors to 10 daily calls each day for up to a year with Excel. Call preferences and qualifications are combined with doctor availability and call history each day to randomly select who is assigned to each call. Holiday and weekend calls, as well as weekday calls are evenly and fairly distributed to all of your doctors throughout the year. Up to 10 vacation (or otherwise unavailable) periods can be specified for each doctor and calls will not be assigned on those days. Call schedules are made one-month-at-a-time and are saved for use in creating an annual schedule. Call assignment histories are saved and used to assure long-term call assignment fairness. Monthly calendars are created along with files that can be sent by e-mail to selected doctors and electronically transferred to your Microsoft Outlook Calendar as well as your PDA or Smart Phone.

Version 2.03 adds the ability to e-mail schedules.

Featured Talkback

Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
