After you download the Add-In, install it by clicking on gb-addin.exe. The install adds a "GetBackSoft" button in your Outlook toolbar. Open Outlook and click the "GetBackSoft" button to register your team's email addresses. The addresses you register are only used to identify the members of your team that you want to use Postware. Get Back Postware takes a new approach to managing email volume by reducing it at the source. Postware gives managers the authority to apply non-cash postage to internal email sent by their employees, who are provided a daily email allowance, or budget, for internal email postage. Postware is an application for teams which may be implemented for a single team, department, line of business or enterprise. A Manager registers their email address and that of their employees in Postware. You have the choice to register your entire team, or just the employees whose email behavior you want to change.Postware performs no monitoring of email traffic.
