Fertility Sign Charting for Mac OS X, iKonceive is an affordable and user-friendly app that facilitates easy monitoring of your menstrual cycles for signs of ovulation. You can effortlessly record a range of fertility signs during your cycle and greatly improve your chances of avoiding or encouraging conception. iKonceive can chart your menstruation and cervical mucus in a graphical format that is easy to understand. iKonceive will also analyze the information you add about your cervical mucus to estimate the likelihood of fertility across different phases of your cycle.

iKonceive also plots your Basal Body Temperature (BBT) as you record days in your cycle. You can customize the color used to display your temperature and choose between Fahrenheit and Celsius temperature scales. Your BBT graph will also show symbols to indicate when you menstruated or had sexual intercourse. You can only add/edit one ovulation cycle.
