OutlookAccess includes ability to search for content, not just keywords. Simply type in what you are looking for words, phrases, sentences, paragraphs, or even the entire content of a document, and OutlookAccess finds it immediately. The set-up wizard helps you install and configure the system in a matter of minutes. You can configure the system to create a single search repository containing one or more PSTs, or multiple containing just the folders you want to search--including your calendar, contacts, notes, tasks, and e-mail archive. Once configured, there's virtually no ongoing administration required--new e-mails and attachments are immediately processed and OutlookAccess automatically tracks e-mails as they are moved or deleted.
