BG Changer rotates the desktop background image at timed intervals. Keeps your desktop image interesting. Has options for time intervals, starting with windows, and randomized picture display. You can hide it in the task tray until needed. Version 1.00 build 32 fixes a crash issue that happened with the previous version.
