If you purchase it, you will also get Play it - Intervals and Play it - Chords with it. This demo will drill you on all notes in both the treble and the bass clef in all major keys. Remember that sight reading is only a matter of recognizing what you already know, so the best way to achieve that is too drill you extensively on it.
