It's packed with new poses and features and one of its most interesting features is 'Quick Poses', which is a quick succession of poses that lasts from 30 to 90 second. The purpose of these quick poses is for the artist to practise his speed and strokes to get the correct balance and flow of the human form.
Capturing quick poses and movement in figure drawing is a great warm-up exercise too, loosening up your hand and mind.
