Downloads 26 Limitations None
Publisher DeskShare File Size 20.7M
Date added 18 Oct 2008 Check your speed

2-4 times faster than other conversion programs, it takes full advantage of dual-core and quad-core computers, cutting conversion times by up to 70%. Use Digital Media Converter Pro to convert between MP4, M4A, AAC, FLV, RealVideo, RealAudio, DVD, VCD, Audio CD, AVI (DivX, MS MPEG4, uncompressed), 3GPP, 3G2, MPEG-1, MPEG-2 (PAL, NTSC), MP3, MOV, WMA, WMV, DVR-MS, Ogg Vorbis, AMR, AC3, and WAV formats. The advanced settings allow you to change the video frame size, audio/video compression codec, frequency, and the number of channels in an audio stream. The program's mass-conversion capability lets you multiply select files and add entire folders for conversion. Convert Video-DVDs and Audio-CDs as easily as other media formats and view them on your iPod, Sony PSP, Zune Player or Portable Media Center device. You do not need to be a professional to use this tool. The software provides default settings that give you high quality and small file sizes.

Version 2.2 includes the built-in Playlist Editor, which can create playlists from ripped CDs or from any audio files, set the play order, and add and remove songs, supports new AIFC, FLAC, MPA, RMVB, and SND file formats, and is compatible with Windows Server 2008.

In association with Intel
Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
