AOM iCal Connector allows Lotus Notes users to assess busy/free time information from users using other calendaring systems such as Microsoft Outlook/Exchange and Applie iCal. Support for Yahoo Calendar users is planned for the second half os 2006. There are two components of AOM iCal Connector configuration database and Connector program. When the connector program runs, it reads calendar profile documents from the configuration database. For each calendar profile, it reads busy/free time information from the URL specified in the profile, translates the information into the Notes busytime format, and save the information in the busytime.nsf database.
