An ebay seller can have complete control and knowledge of how their ebay business is doing.
The ebay Listing Database also has an expenses area to make sure any expenses outside of selling an item can be tracked in your overall business' profit. There are simple to navigate buttons to sort or search for items, groups of items or a particular buyer.
