Check your speedCommand Line is a tool to run programs from a small shell next to your tray. So you don't have to use the startmenu to run it and keep a clean desktop. For example to start the Microsoft calculator you have to enter calc. This is much quicker than start-programs-accessories-calc. Command Line can also open directories.
