DataCom2000 fax, contact, and customer relationship management (CRM) is a software suite that brings your daily tasks together in a single integrated command center. DataCom2000 is a one-time data entry system, integrating the contact's data with related virtual file folders, schedules, file transfers, telephone activity, and Internet e-mail and browser connectivity. The Virtual File Cabinet folders provide an unlimited memory bank of stored notes, documents, and images for instant viewing from the File Cabinet Manager and related contact records. Drag and drop contacts into the full-featured fax and create multiple custom databases for fax broadcasting.

Import, export, and sync data easily between applications using the SyncData module. Time and calculate client charged phone calls. Set the planner or systemwide alarms for scheduled appointments. Launch other programs or jump right to your word processing application from the icon-oriented DataCom2000 manager. You can easily scroll down a contact list or search a specific contact, view their information file folders, or dial their phone, fax, or pager, or go to their Web site. Detailed documentation for all of the functions, icon pop-up help tips, and a logical interface will help you get started quickly.

Featured Talkback

Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
