Though this utility recovers unintentionally deleted files, convenience isn't its strong suit. Turbo File Uneraser's basic interface scans files previously deleted from your hard drive, removable disks, and supports file recovery on normal FAT and NTFS drives. A search tool for quick and specific file restoration would have been nice. Nevertheless, it finally provides a list of detailed information regarding files erased, such as filenames, sizes, dates created and modified, and the status for recovery. After selecting files to be rescued and choosing a folder to place them, we are informed that registration is required to access this feature. While it is free, you must provide an e-mail address to receive a serial number before recovered files are placed into the drive of your choice. Oddly enough, we still aren't able to open them. We can't readily recommend Turbo File Uneraser since we couldn't actually access our recovered files.

In association with Intel
Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
