This tool allows you to create templates for your letters, e-mails, and other documents, although it is cumbersome to do so. The Form Letter Machine's overly simplistic and boring interface allows you to create text segments and assign those segments to check boxes, radio buttons, or folders arranged in a nested tree. In our tests, it was difficult to create those configurations, and the included help file proved to be insufficient. Thankfully, the program comes with a sample configuration users can follow. When crafting your document, you can select every section you need, then click the Copy to Clipboard button and paste them in your e-mail or letter. This freeware will save time in the long run in creating mass letters, but be prepared to spend a good bit of time on setup on the front end.

In association with Intel
Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
