The Form Letter Machine's overly simplistic and boring interface allows you to create text segments and assign those segments to check boxes, radio buttons, or folders arranged in a nested tree. In our tests, it was difficult to create those configurations, and the included help file proved to be insufficient. Thankfully, the program comes with a sample configuration users can follow. When crafting your document, you can select every section you need, then click the Copy to Clipboard button and paste them in your e-mail or letter. This freeware will save time in the long run in creating mass letters, but be prepared to spend a good bit of time on setup on the front end.
