This is a realism mod for Call of Duty. This mod not only adjusts the gameplay to enhance realism, but it adds an entirely new game mode called elimination, as well as a new class system. Locational damage plays a much bigger role with this mod as well, if you get shot in the feet it will slow you down and if you get shot in the arm or hands you will drop your weapon.
