TP Win Desk, short for Transparent Windows Desktop, allows users to select a level of transparency for the Windows Start Menu Taskbar (Windows XP, Windows 2K & Windows 2003) to make windows and the Desktop Wallpaper show through the Taskbar. It also allows users to make the background text of Desktop icons transparent (Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT & Windows ME).
