Are you tired of forgetting about important events or appointments? Are your office cubicle walls richly decorated with sticky notes, yet you're so busy working you forget to look at them? DtNotes (that is, desktop notes) is a small, handy application that allows computer users to place electronic sticky notes on their computer monitors. All notes can be color-coded, their size and location are individually adjustable, and an unlimited number of notes can be displayed simultaneously. The notes come with a task scheduler, a reminder, and alarm options. At a time you set, a certain application can be launched or a sound alarm will be triggered, making sure you don't forget anything. There also are note archives, automatic backups, and note import/export options. The program note list manager can be used as a to-do list.

Version 3.2 adds flexible printing options, font selection, and a multilanguage interface.

Featured Talkback

Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
