New for 2004 the ZeroPace Training Log allows you to plan, log, chart and report using Mobile, Online or Desktop solutions. It takes care of your various workouts and events including distance, time, average, maximum, heart rate, calories and comments amongst others. Create a single workout session and repeat it every day or week over a specified period. The information can be displayed in a grid or in graph form. The ZeroPace also allows the information to be exported to a web page, text file or image file. Information can also be filtered by date, group, event, sport, person and distance, so you can view all your 400m swim times for last month on the graph.
