The Klangfarben Software Developers Kit (SDK) is a multimedia authoring tool equipped with a realtime programming language and advanced render engine. You can compose nearly anything from videocapture to livestream. The SDK is multifunctional: postproduction; hi-res animations; videofilter development; picture analyses; MIDI-command in- and output; VJ-ing; multiscreen video output; and others.

As a multimedia authoring tool designed to create rich interactive content, Klangfarben can incorporate audio, video, bitmap images, text, and fontstyles. You can connect more than 30 computer via ethernet network and make them act like one. In this large synchronised network you are able to play frame-synched animations and movies, spread over more than 100 monitors, projectors or plasma-screens. In the current version you are able to render photo-quality images up to 6400*6400 Pixel. With this version you can play all programs without any restrictions. But there is no access to the programming language. For network operation you'll need a network licence.

Featured Talkback

Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots?
