jNote is a classic sticky note program built with a lot of advanced and useful features. jNote emphasizes Write Once Read Anywhere (WORA) which allows you to write your note on one computer and it appears on all other computers you own. This means that whatever notes you had written on your office computer will also appear on your home computer. jNote also understands that security is of paramount importance, therefore, all information that transfers across the network is encrypted. jNote is designed with an easy-to-use user interface that allows you to take down your notes easily and quickly. Each note will remain (stick) on your desktop across multiple computers even after you reboot the system. One other important feature of jNote is the ability to send notes to other jNote users, just like sending a message in ICQ, IRC, or Instant Messenger over the Internet or Intranet.

Featured Talkback

Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
