In busy office environments, where inter-office email is the primary source of collaboration, keeping up with and tending to the latest email can become very distracting. Traylook integrates with Outlook providing MSN-style popup notifications of your arriving email. You can quickly glance at the incoming messages as they scroll by one at a time. Email that has been marked with high importance will be highlighted in red. If you wish to see the details of a particular message, just click on the hyperlinked text and it will open that particular message. Traylook integrates directly with Outlook 2000/2002, there are no additional programs to run or manage. The popup notification window can be configured to display in multiple convenient locations on your windows desktop. Create your own colorful popup notification windows similar to MSN popups. You can also select your own sounds to accompany the notifications. All the settings you choose are configured conveniently within Outlook's Options window. Traylook also replaces Outlook's standard tray icon with a more informative color-coded icon.

Featured Talkback

Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
