From the developer: ""On the level of simple use in the home or office the aim of the system is to allow the user easy way to acquire and support information about document files like Word, Excel, graphic files etc. on the disks or networks. The system allows to user classify this information and find needed document in fast and easy way by folder tree structure, sort keys or any text in the notes. The system automatically watches for Windows file events and provides links validity even if directories or files are renamed or moved. The system allows automatic registration of opened document files with automatic card raise. The system manages file events log where are recorded any file opening events so you can get the history information of file usage. The system includes build in option for document scanning to graphic files.

""For Information System Managers we propose think about the system, as the kind of shell that is entirely in your hands because is located on Microsoft Access database and can be used for your custom needs and easily integrated in other custom information systems The system can be used to organize large massifs of document files like scanned images, text files and so on. We believe that the Doc Sphere system can be used as file management block that may be integrated in wide range of large custom systems like Product Specification Management System that include the function of management Paths to Drawings or other data files. The LINK_ID field of T_LINKS table can be used in such systems as key of above mentioned data files.

""The program designed to provide additional information layer above Windows explorer shell file management. This layer gets you some extended possibilities such as independent tree structure, names, keys and notes for each document, file events log. The important advantage for sophisticated users and system managers is free access to program data tables, which is located on Microsoft Access 2000 database.""
