From the developer: "eZeScreen for iMovie is the second in a series of iMovie enhancements from eZedia. Similar to blue screen and green screen effects in Hollywood movies, this plug-in allows users to position any QuickTime supported movie over an iMovie clip in DV format and adjust the transparency and fade levels of any selected color - add animated logos, talking heads, or movie clips. Overlayed movies can be easily repositioned and resized. Movies that do not conform to the DV format frame rate of 29.97 frames/sec will be automatically adjusted to conform."

Why do so many (virtually all) software packages think that they are so important that they have to be started automatically every time the computer boots? What is the largest number of "speed access", "update check", "camera download" and whatever other background programs you have ever seen running? Of those, how many did you really need?
