From the developer: "The year is 2300 and the entire universe has become addicted to information technology! Advances in space technology allow trade from one galaxy to the next and a new class of merchants is born - the Intergalactic Traders. You used to be a programmer/analyst at a medium-sized dot com company. The company went bust when it was discovered that they were using questionable accounting practices to inflate their almost non-existent earnings for the last decade. Your retirement savings now gone (it was all in the companies stock), you decide to go into business for yourself. You take what little money you have from the bank and buy your first ship - an aging Planet Hopper that was never originally intended for use in intergalactic travel. But you don't care, and set out in search of wealth and glory... Have fun trading goods, avoiding hazards, and running from pirates and the Intergalactic Revenue Service as you trade goods on the intergalactic market. Manage supply and demand as you get filthy rich by moving web servers, routers, bandwidth, DSL modems, and LCD monitors from one galaxy to the next, or trade in black market drugs and pirated software in this stock market like game. 16 different galaxies to visit and 20 different goods to trade (plus 6 black market goods). Allows for different lengths of play and has built-in instructions."

There are a number of handsets that claim to meet 'ruggedness' standards but which in fact are really only heavy duty phones - It seems the Sonim handset fits into this category - it is still a great handset for the target audience they have in mind
